What are the chains made of? Our chains are high-quality 14k gold fill, Sterling Silver and Rose Gold. Chain varies. Custom ordering is available.
Where can I get it? Experience the ultimate permanent jewelry experience right in our office located at 2601 SW 119th Street Ste. B in Oklahoma city, OK by scheduling a private appointment. Can I remove it? If you need to remove your jewelry, don't worry, we have you covered. Our jewelry is designed for convenience. Simply cut it where the connecting link is and save the chain for future use. The link can be cut using ordinary fingernail clippers or small scissors.
Will it tarnish or make my skin green? Rest Assured, we use only high-quality materials. Our 14k gold filled chain is highly resistant to tarnishing, making it an ideal choice. While there may be rare instances of tarnish due to factors like body pH and exposure to chemicals, simply washing your jewelry with mild soap and water will help keep it clean and sparkling. As for sterling silver, it actually improves with wear, thanks to the natural friction and oil from your body. If it ever appears dull, a quick rub with a polishing cloth will restore its shine in no time. Enjoy your jewelry worry -free.
What is your reweld policy? Our permanent jewelry is designed to be minimalist and easy to wear for everyday use. However, despite its durability, these delicate pieces can still experience issued such as getting caught on something, breaking, or stretching. If you encounter any of these issues with your permanent jewelry, we're here to help. For a nominal fee of $10, we will do our best to repair it for you. Simply visit us at one of our pop-up events or book an appointment for a Permanent Jewelry Adjustment. In the event that we are unable to repair the chain, we will offer you a discount to replace it. Please note that while we strive to provide the best service possible, Blush & Bashful cannot be held responsible for lost chains. Additionally, please be aware that permanent jewelry and custom pieces are considered final sale.
Re-Weld, Repair and Resizing
Your permanent chain doesn't necessarily have to be from Blush & Bashful for us to re-weld it. For each re-weld, a new jump ring will be utilized.
Re-weld: Have you removed your chain? Bring it to us, and we'll reattach it for you using a fresh jump ring.
Resize: Need to adjust the length of your chain? We'll take it off for you and ensure the perfect fit.
Repair: Has your permanent chain been damaged? If it's repairable and can be reattached, it's on us! If we can't fix it, we'll offer you a discount for a replacement.
